How it works
One vehicle or one property, from a pile of files to a record you can search and share. Fuse does not appraise, certify, or file a claim. Optional AI assist never replaces Owner Confirmed.
Step 1
Create your vault
Sign up and add a vehicle or a property. The organizing key is the VIN or the address, not a folder name.
Step 2
Fuse the evidence
Attach titles, inspections, and receipts to that asset. Optional AI assist can suggest a match — you confirm before anything is fused. Or skip assist and file by hand.
Step 3
Share a slice — or hand off the record
Thread Share for a view, a packet for a sale or claim conversation, Transfer when ownership changes. Private items stay off those paths.
When a pile usually fails
Selling
In a folder you hunt. In Fuse you share a slice of that vehicle or property — not the whole Drive.
A claim conversation
The inspection and photos should already sit on the house or the truck. A claim packet is a bundle you assemble, not a filed insurance claim.
A new inspection on a house you already have
It belongs on that property, next to the last one — not in a new email thread.
A shop visit
The receipt can land on the VIN. If you later talk to a shop, the record is already there.
What Fuse does not do
- Appraise a vehicle or a property.
- File an insurance claim.
- Invent missing serials, rooms, or captions.
- Put Private vault items on a share, packet, or transfer.
- Require AI. Optional AI assist is Owner Confirmed, or you skip it.
Optional AI assist — Owner Confirmed
You do not have to use AI. Type a service record. Upload a PDF and place it yourself. If you turn assist on, it can suggest a match or a date. You confirm before anything is fused. Assist never replaces that confirmation, and Fuse does not invent serials, rooms, or captions.
